On November 30th, 2011 Vandenberg sponsored the Brownstone Revival Coalition's free Fall seminar.
For those of you who missed it, the topic was "Renovations and Strategies to Maximize Your Townhouse Value."
Dexter Guerrieri, provided strategies on deregulating your rental units, adding square footage, maintaining or adding a stoop, and digging down to optimize your basement. This video features some highlights from his presentation.

The Brownstone Revival Coalition was pleased to have Peter Blond, Esq, of Counsel to Brandt, Steinberg & Lewis LLP , as a special guest speaker for the 2010 Fall Seminar.
